The Mortician's Wife
OC-Centric New Play Festival | August 2023
In 1930's Southern California, a mortician and his family are in financial trouble due to his gambling addiction. The mortician and his wife are growing apart when tensions rise and a flirtatious new farm worker appears in the neighborhood. This romance examines what it's like to fall in and out love simultaneously and how that might have been impacted by the greater politics of the time.
